What You’ll Do:
  • CT Imaging Expertise: Perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans, ensuring accurate diagnostics while using advanced equipment and technology.
  • Client Care: Provide exceptional and compassionate care to clients throughout their experience at the HLI Clinic, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and supported.
  • Radiation Protection: Follow best practices to minimize radiation exposure to clients and staff, using shielding and equipment controls to ensure safety.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technologists, physicians, and staff to ensure the smooth delivery of services and high-quality results for every client.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of radiograph production, making necessary adjustments to equipment and procedures to ensure optimal diagnostic quality.
  • Confidentiality: Safeguard client privacy by adhering to HIPAA practices and maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information.
  • Operational Excellence: Comply with safety and regulatory guidelines, ensuring a clean and organized working environment and following established procedures and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography
  • Willingness to cross train in whole body and Cardiac MRI
  • Advanced ARRT certification for Computed Tomography (CT)
  • Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of Radiography
  • Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification
  • CPR or BLS for Healthcare Providers certificate (must be current by start date)
  • Venipuncture Certification
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in a clinical or radiology setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a strong understanding of clinical documentation systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound clinical judgment
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Siemens CT scanners
  • ARRT(MR) licensure.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology
  • Knowledge of Dual-energy X-Ray Absorptiometry (DXA) equipment
  • Familiarity with Institutional Review Board (IRB) standards and procedures
  • Strong focus on providing a positive, customer-oriented experience
  • Enthusiastic about learning and taking on new challenges in a fast-evolving healthcare field
